Real Estate Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION LOCATION: DIRECTOR OF REAL ESTATE BUSINESS
Description:

- Develop strategies and plans for customer system development.
- Build, train, manage, guide and support the sales team to ensure work efficiency and team development.
- Directly participate in searching, consulting, supporting and taking care of customers about the Company's real estate products.
- Advise the director of the business solution department.
- Responsible for sales of the room.
- Other jobs hesitated by the management's assignment.

Request:

- Male / Female, aged 25 and over, with good-looking appearance.
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate products business, with effective business group management experience.
- Graduated Intermediate or higher specialized business administration, real estate, economics, marketing ...
- Knowledge of real estate market, competitors, marketing and sales planning.
