Currently, the company employs people in many positions to expand and develop new projects of the Company:

Business leader of Crown Land Group;
Job description:

- Directly manage and take responsibility for business operations and efficiency, distribution of real estate projects under the Company;

- Prepare and organize the implementation of the group's business plan; propose ideas & develop a business strategy for the board of directors;

- Managing the sales staff, coordinating the recruitment of sales staff, conducting project sales staff to become the commercial representative of the company. Performing managerial tasks for the sales staff;

- Search and develop relationships with existing strategic customers, leads and customer care;

- Supporting customers in carrying out legal procedures;

Request:

- At least 1 year of experience in the position of a business leader in real estate companies or at least 2 years in an equivalent position of other industries.

- Ability to lead and manage the staff and be able to motivate subordinates.

- Having passion for business and desire to get rich

- Ability to handle problems well, poise, maturity in thinking and communication.
